Got a potential customer lined up based on an idea for app i have however i need a Dev to help define and build. fixed priced would be good. No specific language in mind, i will let that be led by the Dev within reason (i.e. its not in C or mainframe!). The will be online, include database, and will need a mobile app as well. Likelihood is that this will be done in phases. Customer is up north (Manc area), so bear that in mind please.
