IR35 - vagaries of status

Any advice on contract review providers? IPSE is 160+vat although they use Abby Tax which, on their own website advertises double that. Qdos is a lot less.

I can only comment on the QDOS service as it's the only one I've ever used. I've also only paid for it once from memory and never needed them to negotiate for me. You get a free review a year if you have their TLC35 insurance. It used to be 3 a year but I think that's changed to one but I could be wrong. The free one is only a basic contract check as well. You need the full one if the working practices are the problem. It's 90 quid or something isn't it.

QDOS probably won't offer TLC35 if you've talked to HMRC and they've said it is inside.

It used to be 3 a year on all other policies, but that was a bit much when someone was just buying a £50 PL policy!
