Best response to Pimp Question

Hello Guys,

Wanting some opinions here. When a pimp asks "so do you have other possibilities lined up/phone calls/irons in the fire"

Do you say - no...just started looking. To let him think that you're really keen on his role hes advertised...I've read that this is the standard answer to give....on this forum no less

or

Say, yes I have lots on....a colleague (contractor) says that would make them work quicker to get you a telephone interview, and feel that they wouldn't want to lose a good candidate...

The usual responce to the second option is to pump you for details so they can go after them as well - if they exist.
