Almost as important is a contracted agreement as to what that evidence should be. Timesheets is one type of evidence.
I wouldn’t be worried about not using Timesheets, but only if you have a list of deliverables in a Statement of Work.
You could also put timesheets in a statement of work (or schedule) so you don’t have to alter the contract.See You Next TuesdayComment
