I mostly agree, apart from for me contracting was more than the extra money, it was a lifestyle choice; I actively don't want to work in another workplace for more than a few months and I want to go around a few different businesses meeting new contacts and picking up new skills. The money is nice, but for me there is also a bigger picture to it. I guess it just depends what your motivators are! -
