I did a stint at Radbroke a couple of years ago. I had a notice period put into my contract. It was only about 2 weeks but I didn't want them to be able to can me with no notice.

I meant you can't give them notice. They used to have notice periods but after they walked everyone contractors were just using them as a stop gap and leaving all the time so they took the ability to give notice out of the contracts? Have they started allowing contractors to give notice again?
