Maybe I'm missing something but aren't all roles in the public sector now within IR35 so surely it makes your role simpler? -
Can your accountant review the contract for you, or any of the forum experts on here, in the interests of time ?______________________

To be fair to them the determinations are coming through quicker than the 5 days in most cases but they are setting expectations.
I can't think of many businesses that have been able to scale at such an unprecedented level as they have.
