Some of you may remember, I have posted on these forums some time ago saying that I always end up in boring roles. After reading your comments and doing some soul searching I decided to start looking at permanent project manager roles and see if I can move on to a little bit more exciting career path.
Something very good came up at my client co (large corporate) different department and I got an interview. Obviously this doesn't mean anything, but I am thinking ahead - how will I get out of the agency contract to work directly with the client as a permie (should I get an offer). I will of course look at my contract, but just curious if anyone had experience with this. Who pays the agency - me of the company? How to go about it if I get a job offer and want to accept it?
