Can somebody recommend a good reliable company ?

My landlord doesn't want me to register a company at the address of the property and wants me to use a service address.

Can somebody recommend a good reliable company?

The first port of call is your accountant.

Be aware you will get letters to your property regarding the company as your home address is your trading address plus it is the address one (or more) directors live at.

        Your local Mail Boxes Etc
        Your accountant
Google for mail forwarding services. They all tend to offer registered office addresses as well, but will only forward letters from Companies House and HMRC if that is all you sign up for.

Best probably to rent a mailbox from Mail Boxes Etc as your "office", because they will also receive and sign for parcels and other stuff on your behalf.

No relative you trust that isn't in rented accommodation?

When I first started contracting I was moving around so much I didn't bother to buy a house, so used my parents address as my permanent address for such stuff that is a hassle when moving every 6 months or so. It was also free.

Helped that my dad was on the ltd as company secretary so his role officially covered handling my mail. Also for free.
Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.

              Why did you tell them?

Hardly anything goes to the registered address.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Maybe not in relation to company registration, but what about HMRC for tax and Customs/Excise for VAT. I get important letters from them throughout the year, so should also be a consideration (if not more so) for a reliable address source.

Because he would be in breach of his tenancy which is his home. It's not worth the risk when there are simple alternatives available.

Unless you're his landlord how do you know what's in his tenancy agreement or even if he has a tenancy agreement?
