    Changing Share Allocation between shareholders

    Hi All

    Can you help

I currently split the company shares 65/35 me and my wife.

I want to alter the split to 88/12. I can't figure out which form I should fill in. Can anyone help please?

    Yeah. Your accountant.

If you haven't got one and you are asking questions like that. Get one.

    HTH.

I did this a couple of years ago - you need to fill in the form SH01 but as NLUK says, check with your accountant.

SH01 is the register of who owns the shares.

To complete the share transfer, you need to complete a J30.

Oh.. I see from previous posts the OP doesn't have an accountant. He's saved himself £700 a year..... or has he?

That's a good question my friend. As I'm a qualified accountant, I do know a bit about finance so can do most things myself.

However, I couldn't find nothing of help on HMRC site on this issue.

Qualified Accountant, asking this question, really? Excuse me for being dubious.
I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).
