I don't get any of that. Agents know the rate range that I work within and don't waste their (or my) time low balling it. If it's an agent who doesn't know me, they might ask. If they don't know the area I work in, they will ask, but I probably wont take a job through them, cause if they don't know the area, then they won't know the rates and won't be able to get those rates from a client. I have laughed at agents down the phone when they tell me about "a good rate" that is £300+ below my normal range.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment
