In my first contract I used an umbrella company and another contractor invited me to join his own Company and I refused.

This is common? Can we take any advantage?

You get what you pay for.

How much does a response from CUK cost?

The only advantage is the one the other contractor is taking over you. I've seen this a few times with newbies and in more than case the newbie was being properly screwed over. Pretty distasteful IMO.

Check the stickies at the top of the accounting section. There is a basic advice sticky for you to read.

That's I was afraid of. I'm new in contracting and I have a lot of things that I need to learn.
To avoid the unknown I refuse it.

                      Thanks.
