In my first contract I used an umbrella company and another contractor invited me to join his own Company and I refused.
This is common? Can we take any advantage?Comment

The only advantage is the one the other contractor is taking over you. I've seen this a few times with newbies and in more than case the newbie was being properly screwed over. That's I was afraid of. I'm new in contracting and I have a lot of things that I need to learn.
To avoid the unknown I refuse it.
