IR35 first maybe second hand experience !?

Has anybody been investigated for IR35 in the past couple of years ? Or know somebody personally who has been ? What happened ?

Yes. About 1300 of them. In all but three cases, they won.
    Blog? What blog...?

One or two names will do !?

I know a couple of contractors who got investigated maybe 4 years ago but nobody since. The impression I get is the IR have given in for now and will be writing some new rules before they try to claw back tax again. Could be wrong though ?

I'm in PCG, I am just doing my annual safety check on IR35 issues, you have reassured me enough for this year. The cases I know about all took years and were then cleared, I haven't heard of any new investigations for a good while and was just checking if anybody was currently suffering.
