If it was presented prior to start of contract then I would have less of a problem. In my case however it was presented after starting, the contract was between client and me the individual person, written by an in-house contract person and very biased in the client's favour. I declined to sign it as is. My non-compliance pissed off HR and the buffoon 'line manager' and generally left bad feeling between us for the remainder of the contract. Finally in my last week the suggested edits were made, I signed and HR got their tick box - not that that made anyone happier mind.Comment
