    When you are interviewed you are also interviewing them. So you should be asking questions about things like methodologies they use, which hopefully will cover working hours, and how team members communicate with one another. You are allowed to take short notes.

      Yeah, that's a good point and an area I know I could improve on. Always lessons to be learnt.
