I also just want to expand my knowledge of project Management. Prince 2 is just one of the certifications I plan on gaining, or at least reading about. You have to start somewhere, and I don't feel just reading books, and writing documentation for my current project is getting me where I want to be. I am so tired of seeing badly managed projects, and am convinced that I can do better. After I achieve Prince 2, which I have been reading and practicing for a short while now, I am going to turn my sights to Agile. Prince 2 Agile is an unknown at the moment which I might look to once I complete Prince2 and Agile Practitioner levels. The main thing is practice, and then see if I can (actually) do better (or not).Originally posted by Cirrus View PostOK - I suppose someone's got to do it...
