IR35 review for non uk contract

Would you get an Ir35 review done for say a German agency contract?

Would you bother with ensuring contract falls outside ir35 if it's a foreign client? Does it matter ?

Having a hard time explaining why I'm being anal about certain clauses to the German agent.

If all the above are Germany, then you really need to speak to a 'Buchhalter' (NLUK would say ask your accountant) - There are lots of advantages to working in Germany, starting off as a Freiberufler (as a freelancer in Germany you are not subject to trade tax), but you have to be completely compliment.

Do a search on Vodafone, Mannesmann, Alexander Mann, to check out the complete bloodbath that happened when a tax audit was done on all contractors.

Keep your nose clean, find 20% of work that is not with clientco and DE is simply a superb place to work.

UK law ends at the beach and HMRC have no jurisdiction in DE. IR35 becomes irrelevant.

You need to speak to a Steuerberater (accountant), not a Buchhalter (bookkeeper), though some firms will offer both, of course.

There is or used to be a German accountant on CUK who would be worth getting into contact with. I'm sure you can find him if you look.
