Contracts in Cardiff, do they exist?

I'm contemplating a move to Cardiff but the contract job market doesn't look great. Anyone with any experience of this market?
I'm looking for C# contracts, preferably in financial sector but I'm pretty flexible if the job is right.
    Cheers.

Sounds like you need to be contemplating a move to Bangalore rather than Cardiff.

I hear it's lovely this time of year - but unfortunately the driving force behind this is not a pretty Indian girl rather one of the Welsh persuasion.

If you don't mind fixing call centres you'll do OK in Cardiff. Or if you don't mind commuting to Berkshire.

Talk to the Welsh Development Agency - they subsidise indian companies to set up in wales with eu grants, and then target english companies who actually have money. The WDA are based in Mumbai, I think....

Don't forget to make database fields and input boxes extra wide in order to fit in all those extra consonants they use in Wales.

You can have that for free,
