A bit disapoointed with that advice TBH. 'Make it more chatty' isn't really going to cut it (I did recommend the £24.99 pack to someone yesterday though)."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."
