Changing Ltd Co's and removing agent at end of contract

quick question for someone in the employment / HR field. I've been a Ltd Co IT contractor at a client for the past 12 months and there is an agency middle man as normal.

Recently I've setup another Ltd Co with 2 other guys and the company where I've been contracting for 12 months has just signed us up to use as a consultancy/partner for some of their bigger project work.

My own Ltd Co contract is now ending and any further engagements I want to go through the new company under the partner agreement. Are there contractual reasons why this will be a problem? I guess the agency I'm through right now might still have some sort of claim over continued work? but can I wrap this up somehow into a contract as we don't have named individuals on our new venture and we are not an employment agency.

But you as a person are still involved with the client. Read your contract carefully and see if there are any clues for you.

I would imagine if the agency get wind and find you've taken work that would normally come through them you are going to be in a very sticky situation.

What is your options in/out status?

More importantly, what does the contract between agency and client say?

Any agent will have a clause preventing this, they have seen every trick in the book many times with people jumping ship to work direct.

When you do go direct look forward to 60 days EOM payment terms

That's what my client pays me at the moment. But they messed up the PO so it's "only" 30 days EOM now
