    Usually, when you sign something electronically, it would have been countersigned before making it available for you to sign. Once you sign it, more often than not, there's an option to download / print also.

      There is more than one sort of electronic signing software out there.

      So I've signed contracts before the agency has.

      If I feel the agency is tricky e.g. the software they use looks particularly crap I sign it by hand then either posted, or scanned and emailed the signature page.
