Looks like you need the email address of someone who pointed you to the site (and presumably they are already registered) OR you need to email them to get an account.
Seems to be trying to be a vetting process of sorts, but really it's just a barrier to entry.

Anyway, I like using agents. For me they filter out the cr@p roles that I wouldn't be interested in and only offer up suitable roles. Not all agents are good, but when you find good ones it can work very wellI am what I drink, and I'm a bitter manComment
