I notice that my iPhone invoice has my company name as the first line of my address. Does that constitute as a business purchase?

          Nope.

The Addressee needs to be your business.

The Address needs to be your registered office or trading address.

Sounds like you need to chat to your accountant a bit more....

You haven't given any suggestions on how I get a phone contract in a business name.

If you purchased the phone personally, you can always sell it to your business. On the contract, yes it needs to be in the company name. AFAIK, most operators have a corporate sales dept./website, so you need to use that rather than the personal sales dept.

Use a phone provider that offers business acounts?

What about iPhones - do they need to be bought from business accounts? I asked Apple about setting up a business account and they said that business accounts are really only if you're buying Apple products in bulk for you company.
