    Mason Frank and Nigel Frank

Those two agencies call me several times per week for the last two years or so and are a complete waste of time
They are related agencies but Nigel specialises in Microsoft Dynamics and Mason in Salesforce.
As they claim to be specialists in CRM, I asked them if they actually use a CRM product themselves so they would know my rate and skills etc. No answer, but most likely not. They are really getting on my nerves today after I received 5th call in one day, after I made the mistake not looking who the agency was when sending my CV (all from different pimps, if you send a CV to them through a jobsite they suddenly all jump up and start annoying you for at least another month,

Anyone on here actually landed a contract through them and if so are they still so "proactive" after you landed it.

(yes I searched, but surprisingly only one post on Nigel Frank from 3 years ago)

I haven't but as the MS Dynamics CRM market is HOT at the moment, the agents are crawling all over anyone who has this on their CV.
My experience with the product isn't even remotely related to what most CRM roles require but I get loads of calls from them and other agents too. I've considered taking it off my CV as I'm not really that interested in using it again.
My first encounter with Nigel Frank resulted in me hanging up the phone as they started fishing for names at a clientco.

Nigel Frank seem to have a huge number of agent bods manning the phones and they call relentlessly, but thankfully they all come up on my mobile from the same number. Whenever they call now its shows up as "DONT ANSWER".

When I dealt with them back in June they were utterly tulip.

      Avoid at all costs...
merely at clientco for the entertainment

Mason Frank found me my last 4 contracts, actively pushing the client to interview me for the last one after the client thought they'd already found someone else.

The guy I used to deal with was extremely proactive, but has headed to the US now. As soon as a contract was coming to an end he'd be talking to me about other upcoming roles. His replacement seems OK, but nowhere near as good.

JT was the only good guy over there, in my experience. The newer guys are good but seems to not talk to each other, and keep calling me regarding the same opportunity again and again.

Dealt with Nigel Frank on the permie side and havent had any complaints. Agent I dealt with new his stuff which in my experience was rare. Appreciate though that judging an agent on a successful placement only tells half of the story.

Which is handy for you, but not so good for the other candidate.

I have some stories about NF, and I have heard some stories as well. If you're their candidate, all well, if not...

Do they pro-actively follow up? As is usual for most agents, for the first few weeks after you start, yes, after that, no.

At the end, if they have another role, yes, if they don't, no.
