Dillemma whether to go Permy or take 6 Month contract

    Hi guys!
My contract is coming to an end and getting a 6 month contract else where. but at the same time I have got good permanent opportunity with Big consultancy, where I can learn new skills (SharePoint 2013) and work for big client in different sector. but this permanent opportunity would need some travelling though all the travelling and accommodation is paid.

I need a bit of advice what should I do. Currently I specialise in Dynamics CRM + .Net etc.

    Pl. suggest.

    Cheerio

Go permie. It sounds like you need to.

Big Consultancies are no biggie to work for esp as a permie (they will work you into the ground without the contractor rate to mitigate)

      Avoid at all costs Accenture
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

What is the difference in the take home pay?

Ultimately no one but you can make this decision.

Personally i would never go Perm especially if i had a 6m cotnract on the table like you do

With the difference in take home pay you can hire a private SharePoint 2013 Tutor

Last time i checked contracts for Sharepoint weren't going much higher than 500/day
