No, I do not believe everything good in the UK is because of the EU.
Unlike you, I do not believe that everything bad in the UK must be somehow attributed to the EU, or a conspiracy linked to it.

The remainers I know, accept that EU is far from perfect and that all the good that happened to the UK is not only because of the EU... The same way they are sure all the bad happening here isn't exclusively EU fault! Can you say the same of the brexiteers you know!? I can't, but then I'm also blessed for not knowing many...

Now it's also a fact that the most prosperous years of the UK with the fastest economic growth in its history happened in the period after joining the EU.

One can accept that the relevant fact on joining the EU had some influence on it, or that all of sudden all politicians and rulers in this country became brilliant leaders, what is hard to believe specially looking at the last two PMs we had...

What I am saying is the EU was only formed in 1993.

There is no doubt that the UK has benefitted from the Common Market. It's the rest of the tulipe that I am at odds with.
