He said they cannot adequately address unfair competitive practices and “ultimately the economic benefits unlocked by such agreements are small compared to those of an agreement between all 164 WTO members.”"

    We've been in a post-truth world since 2016. It doesn't matter whether Johnson is lying or not, his supporters will vote for him anyway.
