Interesting article here which suggest that second referendums are in fact more representative and democratic than first. The reason being that during the campaigning for the first, project fear can be used (by either or both sides), but for the second, the population is far more educated about the issues.Originally posted by BrilloPad View PostDemocracy really upsets you.
