Although speeding in France is now pretty easy as the yellow vests throw a tyre over the speed camera and set light to it, they reckon that only about 10% of those on the motorways now work.

My Grandfather was a coal miner in the North West of England - he voted Labour all his voting life, to the best of my knowledge he never stole a thing.
