Today, I had a chat with my UK motor insurance co. They advised me to get a green-card for Europe now because it takes 14 days. I was also told that the government has not even advised them of what the situation would be even if there is a deal. In any event, the green-card is for a maximum of 90 days and cannot be extended. Furthermore, foreign cars in the UK will also need a green-card.

My other car is registered in the EU (insurance costs less than half and covers any driver). The insurance company has not received any information from the UK motor insurance regarding green-cards.

It does seem that crashing out or not on the 29th is going to cause major problems for drivers who may find that they are not insured. Furthermore, it seems like the end of day-trips to France.

Why don't you give an honest reply? i.e I don't care a **** if Brexit negatively affects others and I am too thick to understand how Brexit affects the economy.

There are two types of people in this world. Those that have actually served their country, and those that WISHED they had served their country.

                Which one are you?
