No but I am blaming the EU for failing to act over African Swine fever after it's sudden leap from Eastern EU states to Belgium. This is bigger than the foot and mouth crisis. -

It’s acted. In case you haven’t noticed, Member States have their own competent authorities that actually do the work, “the EU” doesn’t actually have livestock inspectors.Comment
