And I'm sure Vlad says the same. If the Russian people dont like my style of government then they can vote me out.

He may say that. You and I don't really believe that because we believe the Russian system is rigged. Correct me if I'm wrong in my assumption re your views.

Do you believe the British electorate can't vote the Tories out?

No, but that just shows how deep the conspiracy runs.

Or is that just a conspiracy as well?

What about Securicorp security staff and car park attendants ?

Might they also come barging through your door at 2 am ?

What about the security staff at shopping centres are they also part of the EU deep state ?

Only during a general election are we allowed to vote for a candidate with a defined area (constituency) in which we live to represent our views. If after bening elected they completely change their stance then we have no rights until the next GE. In the case of Brexit a constituency may have had a majority vote in favour of leave but if the representative does not respect that vote then it is not democratic. The elected constituent has ceased to represent those that democratically elected him but they now have no say over his actions on cross party issues such as Brexit until the next GE when it is all too late. The elected member for the constituency has therefore become a dictator on the issue of Brexit rather than an elected member.

That's something of a shift from what you were saying about Putin.

The elected member always represents the electorate. They do this by following their own judgment. If you don't like it, kick them out at the next GE.
