If they're working here legitimately, and therefore paying tax to HMRC on their earnings, or indeed claiming these apparently super generous British benefits that Brexiters keep moaning about, then that is all the documentation they need. If they've failed to do that, then it is hard to have any sympathy for their lack of documentation.Taking a break from contracting -
That's assuming that every EU citizen is here working and/or claiming benefits, and has sufficient evidence through tax records.
