As you still can’t seem to grasp the distinction between “apply” and “right” and how they relate to freedom of movement both now and in the future, there seems to be no point in carrying on this discussion.

Clearly, you don’t need to apply and neither does anyone you know, so you’re assuming it’s as easy as the “right” that we currently enjoy to simply turn up and live somewhere. It’s not.

There is a distinction between 'apply' and 'right' but, if you had read and understood both my link and your own fully, you would come to the realisation/conclusion that any distinction is practically non-existent for the end result, i.e. 99.9% will be granted.
