    Brexit Carnage

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...and-warns.html

Carney's No Deal Brexit doomsday scenario: The pound will be worth LESS than the dollar, house prices down by a third, the worst recession since World War Two and inflation up 6%, warns Bank of England Chief

So based on the fact that Carnage is a clueless feckwit, please can we have the no deal Brexit NOW.

Walk across a busy motorway blindfold and anyone can predict a worst case scenario; the same goes for a no-deal Brexit.

How does that compare to the analysis by the Government, and that by Bloomberg? (Both, coincidentally, also in the same article).

          Well.

Turns out that what Carney was actually saying is that in a worse-than-worse case scenario, the BoE stress test for domestic banks would pass. So, good news, no?

You need to stop reading the DM, it’s bad for your blood pressure.

Well I for one find it irritating that the DM, well any of the papers, perhaps the Indy and the Guardian are the worst, can just print lies or misrepresent the facts so badly. You may well laugh, but this scares the flippin bejesus out of people, especially the stupid and the old, and it's so bloody irresponsible there should be a law against it.

It's like the Express's annual story "arctic winter worst for a million years, thousands of vulnerable people will freeze to death" probably scares more people to death than the cold kills

Can't wait for Corbyn to abolish the free press so we have a state news agency that only prints the truth.

The stupid and old don't read the Guardian, they read the Mail, Express, Telegraph (in particular) and the Sun...
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

I think maybe the state news agency could become a reality but printing the truth - we all know that ain't gonna happen.

But then I think you know that!

That's what Trump is proposing for America.
Trump says US should launch state TV network | The Daily Republic

(In case you don't like that source, here's the POTUS himself saying it:
                    https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1067142819008122885

So it should be a popular idea with all the Trump-loving Brexiters.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore
