Putin publicly was neutral. I am not anti Putin but it is bleeding obvious that Russian money and Australian money was paid to the leave campaign. Even RT gave a massive coverage to Farage and the leave campaign.

In the UK a racial group is defined legally as a group of people who are defined by reference to their race, colour, nationality or ethnic or national origin. It probably does cover Yorkshire folk.
