              It has occurred to me that given the UK doesn't implement the EU controls on 'free movement of labour' that it is allowed to, then the natural conclusion of that is after March 30th next year we will still allow 'them all' in, but our EU cousins will - of course - be applying normal non-EU restrictions to Britons trying to work over there.

              Any decrease in the EU migration will be met with an increase in non-EU migration.
