    Liam Fox Porkies

So all this talk about the UK not being able to strike it's own trade deals is a bit of a red herring, or rather someone is telling porky pies:

    From Liam Fox's Twitter feed:

BREAKING NEWS: following ongoing UK government effort, Taiwan is preparing to open its market to British pork for the first time. The agreement is expected to be worth more than £50m to 🇬🇧 farmers over the next 5 years
Sadly it's possibly all a little bit silly really as that's only GBP10m a year, the talks took 2 years and the EU was in fact involved. The only reason that this is now allowed is because China now allows British pork imports as previously they were banned due to health reasons...

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Best not to confuse China with Taiwan, unless you want to offend both of them...
His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...

It all helps to fill the gap of 100 billion a year that a hard Brexit will cost.
