No downsides, only considerable upsides (David Davis)

    David Davis, 2016.

Glad I listened to him, he seems to know what he’s doing.

Along with 2 ministers, 3/5 of DexEU now buggered off, Brexit meltdown...
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

This strong and stable leadership business is going well.

Approximately 1 minister has resigned every 6 weeks during the last 249 days, even banana republic dictatorships do better than that

His resignation should be rejected - he was one of the driving forces that has put the country where it is now. He is responsible for that. His job was to negotiate. He's failing at that and now running away with a massive salary, pension, loads of benefits.
There's no downsides, only upsides... for Davis

Done a David Cameron huh... Rats indeed jumping off the sinking ship.

Wish the whole government would resign.

Are you sure about that? Did he manage to negotiate a good pension and benefits

At least he’s left the DExEU in a far better state then when he started there. Two years later and we have excruciatingly detailed sectoral impact assessments, strategies, white papers, and the minutes from all those detailed and in-depth meetings that he took part in.

Or perhaps Sir Lynton Crosby puts it better

I'd like to say what a pleasure it has been having #DavidDavis as Brexit Secretary

I'd like to say that, but it would be a lie.

Lazy, incompetent, dimwit borderline drunk, out of his depth in a pint pot.

And there are suggestions that his replacement could be either Grayling or Fox.

Which begs the question, is this really the “brains trust” of Brexit?

Grayling would have us in Schengen and the Euro before Christmas, and disgraced minister Fox has only managed 2/3rds of the work that Davis has in the past two years.

Brexit. The gift of morons keeps on giving....
