It's going to look awesome for Tory Scum - 1 mln high rate taxpayers leaving and accepting just 100k refugees
100k people who've taken the initiative to cross a quarter of the world clandestinely to get to the UK are exactly the kind of people who are going to out-compete Brexiteers for the back-breaking low wage jobs currently performed by EU migrants. Not looking pretty.

No, I don't think that's right.
You have a mix, of those that want a better life and will work hard for it, and then you have the chancers. And there is no control of who is let in.
The stories of the abuse and violence along the way does not suggest they are all nurses doctors and engineers simply wanting to make the UK better...

Somebody is going to have to pick the fruit and veg. But agreed that there are bound to be some bad apples in the barrel. Most people though are going to want to work hard and succeed. It's the story of migration.
Lazy Brits take on all the jobs that the 'foreigners' used to do - tick.
Oh wait
No you are missing the point. Those ****ers will never have a job the only thing left to do with them is enforce birth control. When the EU guys flee the automation specialists will pick up the slack regardless of who does the work in terms of nationality this is all work that is heading down the lost for ever tube.

This is absolutely correct.
People gibbering on about armies of manual fruit pickers and street sweepers and so on being needed are living in a bygone age. In fact relying on "cheap" immigrants for tasks like this will hamper and delay the UK's participation in the coming robotic industrial revolution.
It isn't much different in principle from plantation owners in the Southern US in the early 19th century claiming they needed hordes of slaves when machines that could do most of their manual work were just round the corner.

If machines were just "around the corner" in the early 19th century, then why manual strawberry pickers still involved in early 21st century?
"If you didn't do anything that wasn't good for you it would be a very dull life. What are you gonna do? Everything that is pleasant in life is dangerous."
So you want cheap foreign labour picking strawberries to leaves, because expensive robots can replace them and we end up having more expensive strawberries, with nil effect on British employment?
Who is going to lend momey to buy robots, British banks?
