    People named a lot of compnaies on this site, I don't understand how this case is different.
    Some threads here are even named with the names of companies that are reviewed.

      Yep. And as I have managed forums in the past I have seen people sue for fair less serious items.

      But if you want to argue for the sake of it go ahead. The op isn't going to post the name if they have any common sense and clearly you can't grasp the simple fact that people will go to court for the stupidest reasons

          Would be nice if you could answer the rest of my post too. A number of companies were named here, why is this case different?
