    Recommendations for accounts please

    Good Day,
I have had constant headaches with my accountants. They always say I owe too much, then say I am getting a refund. Have been out by 30K on some instances. And when I request advise on such subject as VAT laws and Directors loans they can offer no knowledge.

Can anybody recommend a good account.

    Thanks

    Clare @ InTouch - link

Tell her I sent you her way

Been with InTouch for a while since my last accountant was expensive and missed a few things. No problems with them - normally get a very quick response to any questions, and always get good advice that I trust.

So glad I bothered to make a sticky called 'Accountant recommendations' that is at the top of this part of the forum and has 8 pages of input.....

Find an accountant that gives away free iPads when you join IMO...

Failing that join a scheme and keep 90%+ of your gross. Much better than the 70 odd percent accountants can get you.

I'd be careful of any recommendations, after all Darren Upton had many people recommending his services on this forum and he went on the steal money from many of his clients.
