Where exactly does it state that?

P4 have asked us to remove a post which contained details of an on line chat one of our posters had with one of their advisers.
And you agreed? Pusillanimous book-burning worms!

Epiphone, if you post it to me I'll put it on a website. Or you might consider posting here again the gist of the contents.

Good point they have the copyright on the transcript of the conversation, they do not have the copyright to your interpretation so as long as you change some words and put a disclaimer at the top saying 'These are based on a real conversation, the people and some facts have been altered to protect the innocent', then they cannot get it removed since at that point you own the copyright not them.

Exactly. They may have the copyright to the words, they do not thereby have the right to stop you telling us the content and meaning of what was said.

Who cares? By taking this action they've blown their credibility anyway. Would you use a supplier who was so nervous about bad publicity?
            Blog? What blog...?

Whatever is on their site. I was blinded by the shiny graphics though.
