    New Contacted landed

    Hi All

I'm currently a Perm Employee and just been offered a new 6 Month Contract. A little nervous !

Im on 34k at the moment as a perm employee and the new contract is £350 per day.

I guess im going to see the financial rewards

Im just wondering to go Ltd or just use Umbrella whilst I get started ? Ive actually already created my LTD company but that's about it.

    Any advice most welcome !

    Thanks in advance

And what happens if at the end of the contract, you don't get another contract.

Contracting may offer more money, but it has risks as well.... Read the First Timer guide from the menu to the right of here.

                OK, You've got a Ltd..

You got an accountant? (£1500 a year)

Contract checked for IR35? (£XX,000 if caught)

Insurances in place? (£300 a year)

NEVER assume you will work 12 months in year, NEVER assume contract won't disappear before you even start, NEVER assume you won't be canned after two weeks.

The real reason to contract is for freedom, long holidays, no corporate bulltulip, certainly not the money.

Is the contract offer with your current employer? AKA Friday to Monday contract? If so, watch out
