    Absolutely. Did this last year even without the offset. Plenty of profit hence the comment to also use increased DL and possibly later look in to a proper loan with repayments. Only a 12 - 20 month fix though. I don't want anything to do with bed n breakfasting. Will be taking advice on this later though.

      I have it on my list to check my DD and Standing orders and see if can move them as late as possible but we are talking very minor savings so is right at the bottom of my list.
