Salary will be backed up by your payslips that were produced at the time. Dividends will be backed up by your dividend paperwork and meeting minutes that were produced at the time.

It's a simple enough difference - what does your paperwork say?

I think I need a Sockie who has a set of standard comments:

1. You are not cut out to be a Contractor.
2. Employ a properly qualified Accountant.
3. Take your career seriously.
4. Read the Links on the right, since they were carefully compiled to assist the ignorant and lazy.

Can one of Mods please move this to General since it doesn't deserve to be in Accounting / Legal?

Possibly this includes tax and NI....
