Are you a contractor in the sense of having a day rate, and invoicing for your time, or are you on a 'fixed term contract' - i.e. on the company's payroll?
If the latter, you may have some employment rights in terms of being paid for accrued holiday etc.
If the former (which is what NLUK is assuming) then no.Comment

After declaring his love for me he has now terminated my work without any warning.
He also feels like he owns all my IP.
Do I have any rights?
I know you are probably feeling quite shocked and hurt by all this but you have to smile and wave and move on to the next client. To get your revenge, make sure you charge the next client more money so whenever you feel dirty or used you can just think of the money.
Works for me anyway...Free advice and opinions - refunds are available if you are not 100% satisfied.Comment
