I know people say avoid having staff but just wanted to know what (legal) options open to me if I have a couple of people that want to contract but, for a variety of genuine reasons do not want to set up their own LTD CO? It would only be for a limited time (max 1 year).
What are the pitfalls in doing so? Would I have to introduce a whole lot of policies and procedures so that I can pay Directors certain things but not employees?
