Dissolved Company v New Company

Hi Boo, met today and he basicallly said that it unlikely that they would reinstate the company and it is unlikely it would be reinstated for this and it is costly too. Seems to think HMRC will not pursue it but is as the money frozen was there or thereabouts what was owed in CT so pretty much quid pro quo (his words) because the company is now dissolved. Said there is a possibility I will have to pay the fine still from late accounting, will have to wait and see what they say now when he contacts them. Will look to be using him with my new company that I formed today so the responsibility is elsewhere and to prevent another cock up by myself

Don't forget he is providing you a service. It is still up to you to do the right thing by his guidance. You are still ultimately responsible so it would be wise to get your head around it and use him as backup and not rely totally on him.

Thanks NLUK, I totally agree and what I meant as such. Will keep all receipts etc and everything as usual and this time the company is based where I am now living in London which is a permanent base since moving back so no missing mail etc. Will keep in constant communication with hi and if unsure of anything will revert to him for any guidance as needed.
